le:The HR Manager serves as the strategic and operational HR partner for the Glasgow manufacturing facility, leading all human resources functions while supporting business objectives and maintaining complian

Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning and business strat

Lead recruiting, onboarding and orientation for hourly and salaried employ

Coach managers on employee relations, performance management and corrective act

Administer compensation, benefits, leave and HRIS transacti

Analyze HR metrics and recommend improveme

Maintain confidential HR reco

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field prefe

5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufactu

Excellent communication, coaching and conflict resolution sk
