We work with people of all ages at home, at work, and in the community through residential programs, employment services, crisis response, early intervention, and more. We are seeking a Program Coordinator in the Manchester and surrounding area to assist with the startup operations and provide oversight for Intensive Treatment Services. This position will supervise, support, and train assigned managers and staff as they assist individuals served. They will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, while expanding opportunities for persons served to participate in community life as they choose.

Participate in the hiring, training and supervision of managers and direct support professionals.

Support development and implementation of the Individual Service Plan and assist in development of the Plan of Care for each person served.

Assist people served in expanding their opportunities to participate in community life.

Ensure accurate and timely implementation of ISPs, client financials, CQA walkthroughs, monthly and daily documentation.

Serve as liaison with external case managers, families, other agencies and internal programs.

Previous management experience required.

Minimum five (5) years of experience working with adults or youth with intellectual or developmental disabilities required.
