Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for inventory management and personnel development. Compensation & Benefits: The Sales Manager at Premier Toyota of Amherst may earn $85,000 to $200,000 per year with a base, commission, and bonus. Voluneteerism, education, retirement, phone stipend, company vehicle and traditional benefits blanket this position.
Responsibilities:

Lead and develop salespeople.
Lead, coach, and manage exceptional customer experiences.
Manage inventory and productivity to best in class standards.
Have fun.
Requirements:

Experience in retail automobile sales and F&I sales management
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
