Core Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, some weekend on-call coverage
At Indiana Sign & Barricade we are committed to empowering growth and innovation. Indiana Sign & Barricade is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to play an essential role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
As our Administrative Assistant, you are the operational backbone of our team. You will not just manage calendars and answer phones; you will actively design efficient workflows, protect our team's time, and ensure our daily operations run flawlessly. Take over administrative support responsibilities for the Director of Strategic Programs.
Independently manage collection, coding, organization, and submission of billing information. Assist with payroll preparation, time entry review, and accuracy audits. Serve as a professional point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
Identify at least two operational bottlenecks in our current office workflows and implement automated or simplified solutions.
Starting at $33.00 per hour.
