Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Opening in Baltimore, MD
Full-Time, primarily weekday school hours
Bond Health is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program in the Baltimore, Maryland area.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Services are provided primarily in a center-based and preschool setting during regular school hours , offering a predictable schedule and an outstanding work-life balance.
Provide clinical oversight of ABA treatment programs.
Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Technicians.
Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill development across environments.
Collaborate with psychologists, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer requirements.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required.
Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based, child-centered care.
Experience working with children in an ABA setting preferred.
