You will lead the development and implementation of system enhancements, manage security protocols, and provide expert-level troubleshooting. This role involves close collaboration with various IT teams to support mission-critical systems and business operations.The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains - air, land, sea, space and cyber.**Lead the design and implementation of advanced system configurations.* Manage and optimize system performance, addressing complex issues.* Oversee data handling, conversion, and storage solutions.**Qualifications You Must Have:*** Bachelor’s degree in an information technology related field.* 5+ years of experience in a related field.* Windows, Linux).* Advanced understanding of network and system security protocols.* Demonstrate a customer care philosophy that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.* Successfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessment.* Must be willing and able to work extended hours, holidays, and shift schedules as required.* Current/ valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationally.* Willing to deploy OCONUS on an approximate 60/60 rotation.* Security Clearance is required**Qualifications We Prefer:*** Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification.* VMware, Hyper-V).* PowerShell, Python).* Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).* 2-5 years' experience implementing and supporting AWS and Azure Operations.* 2-5 years' experience implementing and supporting VMware (VRealize, VRealize Operations, VRealize Automation).* 2-5 years' Experience with IT Operations Monitoring Tools (PRTG, VROperations, Solarwinds).* Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity between Server Infrastructure.* Certifications: + AWS Cloud Foundations. + AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate. + AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate. + AWS Certified Developer - Associate. + Microsoft Certified: Work primarily at a computer for extended periods.* Frequent use of hand/finger dexterity for computer work.* Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.* Occasional travel may be required.This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs.SNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.**Security Clearance.
