Bring Strategic HR Solutions to Businesses Across Puerto Rico's West Region
AGC Human Resources is seeking a dynamic HR professional to support our continued growth in the western region of Puerto Rico. This role is ideal for a consultant who enjoys building relationships, partnering with business leaders, and helping organizations create exceptional employee experiences.

The selected candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients located in Aguadilla, Isabela and surrounding municipalities.

Act as the dedicated HR consultant for clients across the West Region.

Provide guidance in employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance matters.

Manage recruitment and talent acquisition projects.

Implement HR programs, policies, and best practices.

Conduct HR audits and support compliance initiatives.

Deliver employee and leadership training sessions.

Support organizational development and culture-building initiatives.

Travel regularly within the West Region to support client needs.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience.

Strong consulting and relationship-building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the West Region.
