Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and cardiac rhythms
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS certification
Experience in Med/Surg and/or Telemetry nursing
Availability to work every other weekend and holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
Current ACLS certification
Prior experience in a telemetry or step-down unit setting
