Evening FRONT DESK Concierge/Reception

A luxury residential high-rise in Needham, Massachusetts is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to deliver a high level of service to residents and guests. Greet all residents and guests promptly, using proper eye contact, posture, and tone
Manage front desk operations, including visitor access, package handling, and resident requests
Maintain awareness of building activity and enforce access control procedures
Provide accurate information, directions, and assistance to residents and guests
Coordinate with property management and other on-site teams as needed
Handle phone calls, emails, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
Service Standards
No phone usage or disengagement while on duty
Prior experience in concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Basic computer skills, including email and property management systems
Flexible scheduling based on building needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
19–$20 per hour
