Head of Programme Management

The Program Coordinator - Petroleum will be responsible for the coordination of accounts as

assigned, through direct communication with customers and sales.

Coordinate all process activities for the accounts assigned.

Manage timelines including tracking through each phase of the program.

Maintain budget control of project including status reports.

Accomplish customer (internal and external) satisfaction assurance.

Bachelor’s in business or related experience or project management experience preferred

• 2 years of experience in Project Management or related field
• Language Ability: to read and interpret documents such as invoices, reports, and procedure manuals.

• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure,
• Time management and prioritizations skills are essential. Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. processing, databases, and email are also required.
