We are searching for an Outside Sales Engineer for our office in Castro Valley, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact our organization and customer outcomes. Do you like the idea of helping an endeavor reach its full potential? DMG (an Ambient Company) is a growing sales and distributor company representing major HVAC equipment manufacturers. The Outside Sales Engineer is responsible for the following job duties:

Selling DMG Distribution Products to select accounts

Assisting customers with their operational objectives by advising on proper application and selection of equipment

Develop and maintain solid working relationships through verbal and written correspondence with customers and the manufacturers we represent

Periodic travel for training, industry meetings and customer entertainment

5-7 years of successful direct, outside sales experience

• HVAC and/or Construction Experience
• Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Degree preferred, but will consider equivalent direct industry related job experience

Customer service and sales driven

80-$120k annually DOE, plus generous commission structure
