Hartung Glass Industries is on the hunt for a fantastic HR Administrator for our Pueblo Facility! The HR Admin provides day-to-day support to employees, supervisors, and plant leadership while assisting with HR and administrative operations. This position serves as a key point of contact for employee questions and helps ensure HR processes, records, and workplace operations run smoothly. Assist employees and supervisors with routine questions regarding company policies, attendance, timekeeping, benefits, PTO, and other HR-related matters.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
Assist with benefits administration, employee changes, leave documentation, and other routine HR processes.
Coordinate office supplies, mail, deliveries, vendors, meetings, and other day-to-day workplace needs.
Support employee communications, company events, recognition activities, training coordination, and other plant initiatives.
Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming workplace while providing administrative support to plant leadership.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree highly preferred preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, office operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); HRIS or payroll system a plus!
- Manufacturing or industrial workplace experience is a plus.
