Help Desk Support Technician
We are a federal IT company on a mission to make customer experience (CX) the center of every government solution.
We work hard and support each other along the way. We are currently seeking a Help Desk Support Technician for a Full-Time position.
We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Support Technician to support a distributed IT environment, delivering exceptional customer experience (CX) to end users.
Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Support Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
Manage tickets using tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent
Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Assist with device imaging (PXE), deployments, and upgrades
Provide support for VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issues
Maintain asset inventory and assist with hardware lifecycle management
1-3 years of IT Help Desk / Desktop Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
ITIL Foundation
Experience with MDM tools (Intune, MaaS360, JAMF)
