Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for planning, tracking, and managing enterprise projects for a key client is the payments space.

Responsibilities Organize and facilitate project planning, host and attend daily stand-up meetings, participate in sprint reviews, lead and play an active role in lessons-learned and retrospectives, active participation and evaluation of sprint and release planning towards delivery of a cohesive project schedule, participate in demos and other Scrum-related meetings

Conduct routine planning sessions with the Scrum Master, Client Engagement Manger, and Product Owner for alignment on project plan and roadmap

Evaluate sprint/release progress as relative to the project plan

Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility

Leads Projects assigned with ability to properly initiate, plan, execute, control and close work to meet outlined success criteria.

Produces Project Plans, Estimates, and Deliverables consistent with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Monitor and report on Project Status, Project Milestones and Issues

Interfaces with internal Business Analysts, Technical Personnel, and Management to assess and determine resource requirements and resolve conflicts

Defines standards for Project Management documentation, measurements, and reporting

Supports project team with project deliverables as necessary

Interfaces with Aperia Solutions clients as necessary regarding project status and issues

Qualifications 4+ years’ experience in project management in an Agile environment

AI project experience

Experience in delivery of technical software solutions using SDLC methodologies that support Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile models

Familiarity with Project Management concepts, deliverables, and techniques

Demonstrated experience in producing project tracking documentation

Demonstrated leadership in motivating teams to high performance

Ability to work independently with little supervision

Able to work flexible hours, especially during critical project schedules

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
