Position Details

Full‑Time: 1st & 2nd Shift

Part‑Time: 1st & 2nd Shift

Every Other Weekend: 1st Shift

8‑hour shifts

Compensation

Pay rate: $33.40 – $38.40 per hour, based on experience, plus MI direct care incentive and 2nd shift differential for LPNs.

Sign‑On Bonus

LPN: $4,000 (Full‑Time) or $2,000 (Part‑Time) paid in installments.

What You’ll Do

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.

Administer medications and perform treatments.

Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team.

Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition.

Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

What You Bring

Active LPN license (Michigan).

Long‑term care experience preferred (not required).

Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for resident care.

Positive, dependable, and reliable attendance.
