8-hour day shift

• Every 7-8th weekend rotation
• Will consider 8 or 10-hour day shifts after orientation
• Mileage Reimbursement
• Provides physical therapy and education to clients. Provides Physical Therapy treatment to clients.

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited program
~2 to 5 years in a rehabilitation or long term care setting

Master's degree in Physical Therapy
~0 to 2 years in a Home Care or acute care setting

Licensed Physical Therapist - MN State Board of Physical Therapy required if providing services in MN upon hire
Valid Driver's License required upon hire - MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver's license in their state of residence within 60 days of employment
occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
