Executive Administrator Location: Denver, CO -- On-site 4 days per week 1 day remote | Structure: W-2 Contract through Brooksource | Pay Rate: $35 – 38/hr
We are hiring for one of the largest broadband and media companies in the United States, and the Software and Data organization is at the center of its technology strategy. This Executive Administrator role places you directly in that environment -- supporting a team of VP+ who are building and running platforms that affect millions of customers. This is not an entry-level administrative role or a support desk position. Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, primarily through a Direct Travel platform.
Maintain and organize shared resources in SharePoint, including team calendars, distribution lists, and relevant documentation.
Serve as a reliable point of contact and coordination hub across a distributed leadership team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Managing calendars, travel, and communications for more than one senior leader simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook with a strong command of calendar management and scheduling logistics.
- Experience with Concur or a comparable expense reporting platform.
- Comfort with SharePoint for document management and team coordination.
- Familiarity with Webex or a comparable enterprise video and messaging platform.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (not required given equivalent experience).
35-38/hr - for experienced Executive Administrators with multi-executive support backgrounds.
Calendar conflicts, travel issues, and expense delays are caught and resolved before they surface as problems.
The team operates with a reliable, proactive point of contact who can be trusted without close supervision.
Work directly alongside a seasoned group of VPs in a Software and Data organization.
