Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet patients and staff as they enter the facility
Efficiently handle patient check-in and check-out procedures
Schedule appointments over the phone and in-office
Collect insurance information and identification cards
Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, nurses, and other staff members
Review, organize, and file paper and electronic medical records
Support clerical needs such as data entry, printing, faxing, and scanning
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of two years of customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation
Schedule:

• 40 hours per week, 5 days, 8-hour shifts
• Must be available between 6:30 am 10:30 pm
• Weekends required

Locations:
~ San Diego: Mission Valley, Kearny Mesa, La Mesa, Santee, El Cajon

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
