Conduct a range of routine and advanced clinical laboratory procedures, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering closely to set protocols.
Ensure result accuracy through meticulous analysis, troubleshooting anomalies, and maintaining lab equipment with preventative maintenance and calibration.
Support specimen collection and prepare samples for various testing processes as required.
Meticulously document all laboratory procedures, assist in training new staff or students, and help maintain high-quality standards within the lab.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health field, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparedness.

ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills for effective interactions within the healthcare environment.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control and documentation.
