Bilingual Paralegal

Your ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients will be highly valued. You’ll play an important role in helping clients understand the legal process while working closely with attorneys on complex personal injury and medical malpractice matters.

Serve as a trusted point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, communicating in both English and Spanish throughout the life of each case.
Request, organize, review, and summarize medical records and billing records.
Prepare medical chronologies, treatment summaries, and damages analyses.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance carriers, expert witnesses, and other third parties.
Assist attorneys with demand packages, settlement documentation, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
File documents with state and federal courts and monitor filing requirements.
Manage litigation calendars, statutes of limitations, and other critical deadlines.
Schedule depositions, mediations, independent medical examinations, and court appearances.
3–5 years of paralegal experience, ideally in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, or litigation.

• Fluency in Spanish and English – written and verbal – required.
• Experience working with medical records, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
• Strong understanding of the litigation process and experience supporting attorneys through discovery, settlement, and/or trial.
• Experience with legal case management software such as Needles, Clio, SharePoint, OneDrive, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
• bachelor's degree preferred.
