Weekend Prep Cook - Restaurant

We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in our breakfast and Italian restaurant, Ravello with 1 year of culinary experience.
Flexible in being cross trained in other outlets, and work within the hot station (I.e meat temperatures, cooking eggs, chicken, sausage, and bacon in depth prep of warm items, etc.)
Mainly work as a breakfast 'short-order' cook, specializing in cooking hot breakfast items in a quick, efficient, and quality manner
Able to juggle several items without allowing the quality of service and dishes to suffer
Flexible and available when extensive work hours are required
At least 1 year of culinary experience
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
