We’re seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Recruiter/Sales Trainee to join our team and help advance the careers of STEM professionals involved in complex, cutting-edge work. Building trusted relationships with our network of engineering and sciences consultants is key to our strategy. You Will You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including:

Meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs

Sourcing qualified STEM professionals using various recruiting tools

Building relationships with consultants through coaching, check-ins, and ongoing engagement to ensure satisfaction

Maintaining a network of consultants with top industry-specific skills

Establishing trusted relationships to help professionals advance their careers

Preferred qualifications include experience in customer service, leadership, or sales, collaboration skills, excellent communication, and a desire to work in a performance-based environment.
