Shift Details:
~ Certified Medical Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:
Schedules are adjusted as needed in cases of shifts worked over 8 hours.
The Practice Manager releases shift schedules 1 week in advance.
The Medical Assistant (MA) assists the Practice Manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus.
Supports the delivery of high-quality care and shares a passion for patient- and customer-centered care.
Assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial/operational targets.
Provides patient care through performance of patient preparation, interviewing, technical tasks, and patient/family communication.
High School diploma or equivalent

• American Heart Association BLS, for Health Care Providers
• Previous EPIC experience preferred
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
