Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Evening/Flex Part-Time

Direct Support Professional (DSP) - $18/hr., 2nd Shift, Full-time or Part-time.

Direct Support Professionals make a difference every single day by providing direct care to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Currently, we are hiring for 2nd shift in part-time or full-time capacities.

Paid training.

Hourly rate of $18.00.

Health Insurance (portion paid by RCI).

Referral Bonus ($875/each).

Flexible work schedule.

Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with leisure activities, community inclusion, choice-making, personal life skills, relationship building, daily living activities, independence, and self-direction, in a residential setting.

Work directly with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help meet their various social, physical, and emotional needs.

Partner with other personnel members to support individual service plans and goals.

Perform housekeeping tasks, assisting individuals with meals, and personal hygiene needs.

Serve as a chief resource person for day-to-day status and needs of the individuals supported.

Must be able to transport/drive individuals in a company van.

Participate in on-going staff development and training activities.

No experience is necessary.

Must be 18 years old.

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
