Head of Recruiting & Talent Management

Our hybrid work model provides flexibility, supported by trust, technology, and collaboration. We are growing our Finance & Accounting team in St Louis and hiring a Talent Manager. This is a full-desk role combining recruiting and business development.
Source candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach
Partner with internal teams to understand client hiring needs
Submit candidates with market insight and hiring recommendations
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
Guide candidates through the full hiring process, including offer negotiation
Develop new client relationships through outreach, networking, and referrals
Manage the full placement lifecycle with internal partners
Drive new business opportunities and pipeline growth
2-5 years of experience in Staffing/Recruiting, or professional sales, or Accounting
Strong consultative and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Training & Development:

Base Salary PLUS uncapped monthly commission tied to performance
