Corporate Associate Attorney - Mergers & AcquisitionsDirect Counsel is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join a premier law firm's Corporate Practice Group. S. offices, providing flexibility and access to a dynamic national platform.Handle mergers & acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions for a diverse client base, including public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions.Draft, negotiate, and review complex corporate and commercial agreements.Advise clients on general corporate governance and compliance matters.Qualifications:Experience: 3 to 6 years of corporate law experience, with a focus on M&A and general corporate matters.Skills: Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deals simultaneously.Education: Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school.Bar Admission: Must be licensed to practice law.Comprehensive benefits package, including productivity and discretionary bonuses, health and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
