Established plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Litigation Paralegal
About The Role A growing plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking a Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to join its team in El Segundo, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional with experience supporting employment litigation matters. The practice focuses on wage and hour class actions and individual employment law cases .
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment while providing exceptional support throughout all stages of litigation.
Key Responsibilities Provide litigation support to attorneys handling employment law matters.
Draft, file, and serve legal documents in state and federal courts.
Maintain court calendars and monitor litigation deadlines.
Schedule depositions, hearings, court appearances, and court reporters.
Prepare hearing, mediation, and deposition binders.
Organize and maintain client files and case records.
Assist with case management from intake through resolution.
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of legal documents and filings.
Qualifications 2-5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
Paralegal certificate preferred.
Experience with employment litigation preferred.
Class action litigation experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ethical standards.
