Human Resources (HR) Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are hiring a Human Resources Assistant to support day-to-day HR functions including recordkeeping, onboarding, and employee support. You'll help ensure HR processes run smoothly while gaining broad exposure to core HR functions. A great starting point for a career in Human Resources.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
Assist with new hire onboarding and paperwork
Support recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews
Respond to basic employee inquiries about policies and benefits
Help organize employee engagement and training events
Support HR reporting and data entry
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Health and dental insurance
- Paid time off and holidays
