As a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Walnut Creek Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their healthcare goals. Your expertise and dedication will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.
Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Participate in patient education and discharge planning

Experience with Net Health is a plus
