Many BCBAs work 40–50+ hour weeks while juggling scheduling, insurance authorizations, documentation, and other operational responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Supervise RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards

Provide parent training and ongoing support

Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed

Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards

What We’re Looking For

Active BCBA certification through the BACB

Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Current residence in the State of Colorado
