Job Title: CNC Operator
Hours: Full-time
The CNC Operator plays a crucial role in maximizing productivity and efficiency in the production of large format products. This position requires a commitment to Lean Manufacturing principles, minimizing downtime and maximizing machine uptime. Ensures performance and quality standards are consistently met, contributing to the production of top-quality large format products.

• Organizes, prepares, and loads printed materials onto the CNC machine, utilizing the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to optimize workflow.
• Utilizes CNC EG-Enroute software to prepare cut files for the production process.
• Executes the cutting of all large format products, ensuring precision and quality.
• Aims to achieve expert knowledge of all CNC products, materials, and tools associated with operating the CNC machine.
• Provides ongoing training to other team members on the operation of the CNC machine and its software, enhancing team capabilities.
• Under the guidance of the Large Format Manager, executes daily and weekly preventative maintenance and addresses production and shipping needs to maintain continuous operation.
• Communicates supply needs and maintains inventory levels to ensure production processes are uninterrupted.
• Adheres to safety procedures and regulations while applying Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency.

An understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Theory of Constraints (TOC), 6S methodology, and process automation.
