Human Resources Coordinator Bridgewater, MALocation: 2 Lakeshore Center, Bridgewater, MA Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMPosition SummaryThe Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the HR department, partnering closely with HR leadership, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting HR programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain employee data and records within the HRIS.Conduct routine audits of HRIS records and HR programs.Submit and track Workers' Compensation claims.Respond to internal and external HR inquiries and escalate as appropriate.Support HR programs, policies, and procedures.Assist with the performance management and appraisal process.Assist with recruitment activities and interview coordination.Track candidate status in the HRIS/ATS.Monitor and follow up on new-hire onboarding checklist items.Perform clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, mailing, and document organization.Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by HR leadership.Qualifications and SkillsMinimum of 2 years of administrative experience in Human Resources.Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred (experience considered in lieu of degree).Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, ATS platforms, and HR tools (Paycor preferred).In-office role, Monday through Friday; remote work is not available.BenefitsCompetitive WagesBC/BS Medical and Dental InsuranceFlex Spending AccountLong Term Disability401(k) retirement plan with Employer MatchVacation and Holiday PaySick PayEmployee Assistance ProgramTuition ReimbursementCompensation for this role will depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed.
