Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting

Deliver life‑saving care to patients with end‑stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions

Monitor patients and manage treatment plans

Respond to changes in patients’ health

Collaborate with the clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians

Educate patients and families about kidney health and treatment options

Float to nearby clinics as needed

Work flexible, rotating shifts based on patient care needs and clinic hours

Build long‑term patient relationships

Apply broad nursing skills while caring for medically complex patients

Requirements

Dialysis experience required (the posting also states no dialysis experience required, creating a contradiction)

RN license in the state of practice

ADN required

Basic computer proficiency

Reliable transportation for potential floating

Ability to work Monday through Saturday

Required to work 2 Saturdays per month

Ability to work flexible, rotating shifts, including early mornings and evenings

Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Willingness to train at a clinic other than the home location

ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg experience preferred, not required

CNN/CDN certification preferred, not required
