About This Role As an RN Resident I in the Cardiology Stepdown Unit at Cleveland Clinic, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions while working alongside a dedicated team. This role is ideal for new graduates or those with less than one year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus
Department/Unit: Cardiology Stepdown Unit
Schedule: Full-time, Rotating days/nights
Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when needed.
Document in patients’ medical records.
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
New graduate RN OR less than one year of RN work experience
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
