The role of servers is to provide exceptional guest service to the club members by greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, and promoting a great dining experience. Essential job functions include setting up and maintaining feast items, taking food and beverage orders from guests, demonstrating knowledge of menu and or feast items and features, taking food orders, making note of any special needs, demonstrating and following all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service, keeping the work area clean and sufficiently stocked, securing payment for food and beverage orders, providing outstanding customer service, and other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, skills, and ability: The individual must possess excellent customer service, be trusted to act in a manner that is truthful and values direct, honest communication at all levels of the organization, have strong interpersonal skills, be detail oriented, be able to work independently and/or in a team environment, and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required qualifications include being at least 18 years of age, able to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, fluent in English, and available to work an irregular schedule and extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred qualifications include being bilingual in Spanish and having at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume club or restaurant.

Physical requirements include the ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., and specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Working conditions include sitting, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, handling controls, reaching with hands and arms, standing, walking, and stooping. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
