RecruiterPosition Type Full Time Education Level None Travel Percentage Up to 25% Category Human ResourcesJob Title: IRT Living is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll play a key part in attracting top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.If you're energized by recruiting, building relationships, and making an impact on a growing organization, we'd love to hear from you!Your Day-to-Day:Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, colleges, trade schools, and industry organizations.Manage open requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including creating requisitions, posting jobs, and moving candidates through the hiring process.Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and recurring positions.Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across multiple markets.Partner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions and recruiting strategies.Ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding while providing an outstanding candidate experience.Administer the employee referral program, including tracking referrals and coordinating referral bonus payments.Support recruitment initiatives, hiring events, and other Talent Acquisition projects as assigned.Why You'll Love Working Here:Excellent Compensation: Competitive base, pay plus commissions, bonuses, and stock awards.Growth Opportunities: Stock awards within your first year of employment.Benefits: Best-in-class medical, dental, and vision insurance, rent discounts, generous PTO, paid holidays, 100% company-paid insurance (Life, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability), and a 401(k) with a 100% company match (up to 4%).QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required.Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture.
