Operations Manager
Raphael Stone Design LLC - Lodi, NJ. Negotiate & structure procurement deals for constr. materials w/ domestic & foreign entities; ensure compliance w/ purchase agreements; manage customs; perform business modeling; develop oper. & fin. strategies; strategize supply chain mgmt. & rela'ships w/ global vendors. Frequent 5-10 day trips to clients & suppliers in Israel, Europe & multiple U.S. states. Req. Master's deg. (or foreign equiv.) in Bus. Admin, Acctg, Finance or rel. field + 2 yrs exp. in the role or similar. Must be fluent in Eng. & Hebrew. Salary: $226,158. 15 days' vacation/PTO after 1 year of employment.
