Comp Range - Up to $65,000 annually + variable + equity

The Opportunity After scaling to $1.25B+ in annualized payment volume and 4 million customers in the UK, Super is launching in the US in and this role is one of the founding US sales hires.

We are on a mission to challenge traditional payment fees and deliver a smarter, more rewarding payment solution for merchants and customers alike.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a serious career in sales within a fast-growing fintech scale-up, working alongside experienced Account Executives and learning how to engage senior decision-makers across the payments and e-commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Targeting Owning and managing a high-value target account list, mapping complex stakeholder structures including CFOs, Heads of Payments, and E-commerce Directors.

Conducting detailed research to ensure prospects align with our Ideal Customer Profile, identifying high-intent signals and strong commercial opportunities.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account intelligence within CRM systems.

Outreach & Engagement Executing high-quality outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Partnering closely with Account Executives to uncover merchant needs, address objections, and generate interest in Super Payments.

Identifying and developing early-stage opportunities that convert into high-value sales conversations.

Contributing directly to the growth of Super Payments’ mid-market and enterprise pipeline.

2-3 years of outbound prospecting experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or merchant services

Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, ZoomInfo or Apollo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
