Head of Project Management

Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of client programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role serves as the single point of accountability for project execution, taking full ownership of outcomes and driving actions across stakeholders to ensure delivery success.

The Project Manager leads planning, drives execution, manages risks and dependencies, and ensures clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders. The role also supports the consistency and maturity of the PMO by applying standard practices and identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes and outcomes.

Basic Job Function Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, budget, and defined outcomes.

Own project execution from initiation through completion, driving coordination and accountability across all stakeholders.

Develop and manage integrated project plans to support effective execution and cross-functional alignment.

Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Accountabilities Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring consistent communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Gather and clarify business and technical requirements, managing expectations and scope.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure clear, structured, and outcome-focused communication that drives alignment, decision-making, and shared accountability.

Project Delivery & Execution Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project plans, ensuring alignment across all workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders.

Drive execution across workstreams, proactively addressing risks, issues, dependencies, and decision bottlenecks before they impact delivery.

Manage scope, schedule, and cost using defined governance and tools.

Ensure project goals, deliverables, and defined business outcomes/client value are successfully achieved—not just completed.

Actively manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear ownership, mitigation plans, and timely resolution.

Delivery Leadership & PMO Contribution Apply consistent delivery practices using standard tools, templates, and methodologies.

Functional & Product Understanding Develop working knowledge of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and their application.

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Related Major, Project/Program Management, Computer Science, Information technology or equivalent.

Industry Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in project or program management. Experience in Financial Crime Compliance, risk, or financial services industries is preferred; Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management:Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands. Demonstrates a proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes and anticipating risks.

Planning, Organization & Execution:Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage scope, timelines, resources, and financials effectively. Ability to balance structured methodology with practical flexibility based on project needs.

Aptitude to quickly understand and articulate LexisNexis Risk Solutions product set and its application within client environments. Travel: Ability to travel on occasion.

Technical & Tools Proficiency:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams required. Basic understanding of APIs, data formats (XML, JSON, CSV), and technical delivery concepts is needed for effective client and team engagement. AdaptiveWork, JIRA, SharePoint) is a plus.

Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
