Full Time Head of Housekeeping

Yellowstone Club's Housekeeping department is currently seeking candidates for a Housekeeping Manager. This is a full-time year-round position located in Big Sky, Montana.
The purpose of the Housekeeping Manager is to oversee the operations, budget, and performance of the area to which they have been assigned. It is the duty of the Housekeeping Manager to aid in overseeing the overall operation of the department, and the day-to-day implementation of those policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained residence within established management, operating and fiscal policies. Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.

Assist the Housekeeping Director with managing all operations of the Housekeeping department.
Provide training, coaching, and counseling to all housekeeping employees.
Effectively take direction from Housekeeping Director & Operations Manager.
Create and edit monthly, weekly, and daily schedules for the entire team ensuring both operational and financial responsibilities are being met to both the club and membership.
Ensure that assignment sheets are organized and uploaded ensuring revenue optimization through our billing process.
Lead regular inspections of the homes with a critical eye to ensure adherence to our cleanliness and operating standards while maintaining owner preferences.
Clean private homes at a level that meets the highest standards in the Hospitality industry.
Cultivate and maintain quality relationships with other departments, owners, renters, and vendors to ensure positive current and future business.

Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
Perform work in a safe and high quality manner.
Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests at all times.

• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office systems
• Capable to manage multiple priorities, work independently and take initiative
• 2-3+ years of managerial experience in housekeeping or janitorial fields; Undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Computer Skills

Proficiency in basic technology including smartphones, computers, and email.
Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office systems.
