The Odom Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and
managers across our Washington operations. This position serves as a trusted HR
resource, helping deliver a positive employee experience while supporting
workforce initiatives, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance,
and day-to-day HR operations. closely with HR leadership and operational teams throughout the region.

Recruiting Support

• Assist managers with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring activities.
• Coordinate pre-employment, onboarding, and new hire processes.
• Support candidate and hiring manager communications throughout the hiring

Identify staffing challenges and communicate workforce needs to HR
Employee Relations & Issue Resolution

* Assist with investigations, performance issues, corrective actions, and
employee relations matters.
* Advise leaders on performance management, corrective action, and policy
Escalate complex or high-risk matters to the HR Business Partner, Senior HR
Business Partner, or HR leadership.

Compliance, Risk, and Cross-Functional Partnership

• Support compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Partner with HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Safety, Payroll, and

Identify potential employee relations, policy, or compliance concerns and
High school diploma or equivalent
* Two (2) years of Human Resources experience in a generalist, specialist,
coordinator, administrative, or related capacity

• Experience working with confidential information and maintaining discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related

field.
* Experience supporting employees and managers in a multi-site or operational
Experience with HRIS and workforce management systems.
* Broad exposure to employee relations, recruiting, workforce support, and HR
operations
