Head of Programme Management

WSP

WSP USA in Kentucky is seeking a Senior Right-of-Way Program Manager/Project Manager to lead ROW project execution, staff oversight, budgeting, client communication, and regulatory coordination for electric transmission projects.

You will manage land acquisition, easements, permits, and title issues, supervise field teams and subcontractors, develop schedules, dashboards, and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with company procedures and client expectations.
