As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care by:

Performing comprehensive nursing assessments

Developing and updating individualized care plans

Supervising and supporting CNAs and other nursing staff

Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health record

Promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
