Human Resources Specialist- Immediate Need!
Our client, a growing company with offices in Kendall , is seeking a Human Resources Associate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their HR career while gaining exposure to recruiting onboarding, employee support, and HR operations.
What You'll Do Support recruiting efforts by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a smooth and positive experience.
Maintain employee records and update HR systems with accuracy.
Assist with performance review processes and HR documentation.
Respond to employee questions and provide day-to-day HR support.
Help coordinate training and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Support special HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For Previous experience in an HR, recruiting, onboarding, or administrative support role.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience with HRIS, ATS, or HR software is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
A positive attitude and desire to grow within Human Resources.
