THE ROLE We’re looking for a Prep Chef to join our kitchen team and take ownership of the prep that sets our service up for success.

Working in the day you’ll prepare ingredients, sauces and components to a consistently high standard, keep the kitchen organized and ensure the team is fully set up for service.

Previous experience in a professional kitchen

Strong prep and organizational skills

Good attention to detail and consistency

Reliable, efficient and able to work independently

High standards of cleanliness and food safety

ABOUT STILETTO In the early 1950s, just steps from where we are today, Douglas Aircraft built the X-3 Stiletto — an experimental aircraft designed in Santa Monica in pursuit of speed, precision and a new way forward .

We’ve taken that spirit into the restaurant: great food, sharp execution and an atmosphere that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
