TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified IMC RN in Asheville, North Carolina, 28801!

Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit / Clinical Decision Unit (Night Shift)
Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Every other weekend required | Projected Start: 06/29/2026
Provide direct patient care on a 20-bed inpatient overflow unit serving a mixed level of care including medical-surgical and step-down patients
Monitor patients via hardwired bedside telemetry equipment and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with charge nurses, fellow RNs, and CNAs across day and night shifts to maintain safe patient ratios of 1:5, with stretch to 1:6 depending on level of care
Document accurately and efficiently using Cerner EMR
Float to other units as needed per facility guidelines
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Progressive Care or Step-Down setting
Demonstrated telemetry competency
Recent progressive care or PCU experience in an acute care hospital setting
Experience with Cerner EMR
