Attorney | Litigation Remote

Berenzweig Leonard is looking for a junior litigation associate with 2-4 years of relevant experience to support our busy and growing employment and business law practice. Work entails employment defense litigation, restrictive covenant litigation, business litigation, as well as employment and business counseling and related transactional work.

While the associate will primarily support our firm’s employment and business law team, our firm’s collaborative approach will require the associate to engage with all of our firm’s practice areas, including government contracts, intellectual property and corporate.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000, based on experience.

Requirements

2-4 years experience in civil litigation.

Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.

Able to deliver timely and high-quality work product.

Aptitude for quick learning and subject matter expertise development.

Able to thrive in a team-oriented culture.

Current member of Virginia bar in good standing with no discipline history.

Judicial clerkship is preferred.
