3+ years of experience as a MEP Estimator

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to determine project scope and specifications.
• Identify and assess potential project risks and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Maintain and update cost databases to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Monitor and track project costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.

Strong knowledge of construction practices, methods, and materials within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
