Full Time Fundraiser

As the Director of Philanthropy , you will be responsible for managing the development, planning, and implementation of all major and principal gifts and planned giving. Your role is vital in advancing our organization's goals, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring ALSAC meets its critical objectives.

Develop and implement strategies to ensure ALSAC meets its critical goals and supports overall business objectives efficiently and effectively.

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of professionals, providing guidance on goals, professional development, performance expectations, and metrics of success.

Establish and enforce policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness while operating within budgetary parameters. Maintain awareness of fundraising programs and hospital initiatives, actively seek ways to enhance individual giving revenue, and stay current with industry trends.

Complete and review reports, travel expenses, donor visit reports, and proposals.

Thorough knowledge of bequest/planned-giving within the non-profit sector.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external relations.

Familiarity with data processing applications.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Location & Work Arrangement: This position is Doral, FL preferred at our local Territory Office, though we welcome strong candidates from the East Florida areas.
