Responsibilities Lead and manage charity events and fundraisers, ensuring smooth operation from beginning to end. Ensure that all event materials, signage, and equipment are well-organized and functional. Help organize promotional campaigns and build lasting relationships with sponsors, donors, and vendors. Provide direct, hands-on support during events, collaborating with staff to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Oversee the coordination of event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site management. Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, addressing any issues and ensuring everything proceeds without disruption. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving. A proactive, self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset and a positive attitude. Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus, though not a requirement. A strong ability to engage with both new and existing customers, as well as collaborate with marketing teams to enhance product and service visibility.
